Iron Temple Sport Specific and Position Specific Training focuses on each individual athlete, their sport/position and their individual goals. Our tailor made program develops the athlete's strength, speed, agility and stamina needed to perform at their highest potential. Iron Temple focuses on the mental aspect of sports training, inspiring the athlete to do more and out perform those around them. Our workouts evolve with each athlete encouraging them to press onto higher aspirations and challenges. Iron Temple Training is not only a gym, it is an enrichment program for the scholar athlete.  Your success is our success.

IRON TEMPLE TRAINING WELCOMES OUR NEW STAFF MEMBER,
 TRAINER VINCENT FRANCO!

Vincent Franco, a personal trainer in the Newton, NJ region has been a fitness and sports enthusiast since a young age. His love for fitness has stemmed from a lifestyle of athletics engaging in primarily football and track & field. During high school, Vincent was recruited by multiple Division I football programs in addition to track programs. During his senior year, Vincent suffered a knee injury which projected him into the field of personal training, strength and condition, and medicinal studies.

Vincent has an A.S in Exercise Science from County College of Morris and is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration of pre-medicine at East Stroudsburg University. Vincent attributes his successes as an athlete to his training regimen and dedication which started at a young age as a member of Iron Temple where he learned proper technique and development of important muscle groups. As a trainer, Vincent has worked with a wide range of individuals ranging from highly competitive athletes to beginners whom have never exercised. Vincent is also involved with tutoring college-level chemistry as well as high school math and science.
